What the campus does next. You can add them now — they don't need an account first. When they're ready they create their own password (in the app, or on this page via Create my account) using exactly the address you entered here, and access is immediate. A different address won't be recognised, so it's worth copying and pasting.

These songs appear read-only in every campus's app. Campuses copy a song into their own list to tweak it locally — your version here stays the master.
Set these once and every campus inherits them automatically — no volunteer has to register their own. A campus that enters its own key in the app overrides these.

Applied once — the moment a campus signs into the app for the very first time. After that, it's theirs: changing these later never overwrites a campus that's already set up, and any campus can change these for themselves at any time in their own Settings.
