Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Supreme Presenter. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

Subject to an active paid subscription, Supreme Presenter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your church or organisation's internal presentation purposes.

You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or transfer the app or your subscription to any third party.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Access requires an active monthly or annual subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
  • All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app to present content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Share your account credentials with others outside your organisation
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or access controls
  • Use automated tools to make excessive API requests through the app

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all songs, sets, and media you create or upload. By storing content in our system, you grant us a limited licence to host and sync that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary licences (e.g. CCLI) to reproduce and display song lyrics in your services.

5. Bible Content

Bible translations accessed through the app are provided by API.Bible and api.esv.org under their respective licences. ESV text is © Crossway. Use of Bible content is subject to the terms of each translation provider.

6. Intellectual Property

The Supreme Presenter name, logo, app design, and source code are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited use licence above.

7. Disclaimers

Supreme Presenter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Presenter and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel anytime through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
