Sign in on the Account page with the same email and password as the app. From there you can see your plan and renewal date, and manage cards, invoices and cancellation through our secure payment provider. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — a 14-day money-back window on any new charge.

Your licence is linked to the email address you used at checkout. If that differs from the email you sign in to the app with — a personal address instead of the church one, for example — the app won't see the payment. Email support@supremepresenter.com from either address and we'll relink it in a few minutes. If the addresses do match, sign out and back in once; the app re-checks your subscription on every sign-in.

One organisation account covers all your campuses: a single invoice, a shared song library your admin curates on the Account page (read-only in each campus's app, with copy-to-edit), shared Bible keys, and each campus keeps its own sets and screen setup. Supreme Planner is our upcoming companion app for planning services and rostering your team from your phone — connected to the same account and song library as Presenter. It's coming soon; your Presenter subscription is all you need today.
